Kayaking
You can go on excursions by kayak or canoe to discover the preserved and secret sites of the Arcachon Basin. You will have the opportunity to discover the local fauna and flora in a peaceful haven.

Cap 33 and Cap 33 Junior leisure center
During school holidays, the CAP 33 center in Arès offers families and young people aged 11 and over free "discovery activities" (equipment provided): beach activities, mini courses, sports tournaments. Detailed programme of activities available at the reception desk or at the Tourist Office.
Swimming
St Brice : At 1 km from the campsite, the natural seawater basin of St Brice is developed and monitored.
Beaches in the basin : 200 m from the campsite, a pleasant beach allows swimming at the rhythm of the tides.
Ocean beaches : 10 km away, the beach of Grand Crohot is also accessible by the bicycle path, and offers more sensation to wave lovers.
Sailing
Sailing is a tradition on the Bassin d'Arcachon, throughout the season there are many activities to help you discover traditional boats such as the pinasses with sails. Many regattas are organized all summer long in the Arcachon bay, from pinnacles to modern sailing yachts; come to the beaches to observe them, it is an event not to be missed. We garantee you'll be in a great mood when returning to the shore. Come and discover more modern sailing with catamaran courses but also more fun sports like kitesurfing.

Boat excursions
Throughout the summer, come and sail around Île aux Oiseaux and its huts on Pilotis, to the Banc d'Arguin, to the Dune du Pilat, along the oyster farming villages of Cap Ferret... aboard the comfortable boats of the Union des Bateliers Arcachonnais. A guide is there to tell the story and characteristics of the Basin.
